Intern, Country Site Activation - 6 months Office Based Turkey Make an impact on patient health! IQVIA’s Country Site Activation team are a global network who identify and activate sites to the highest quality to ensure patients on Clinical trials have access to safe and effective medication. Job Overview Under supervision, executes the regulatory and maintenance activities in accordance with regulations, SOPs, and project requirements at country level. Job Responsbilities Work with Maintenance Specialists closely for preparation & submission & shipment of Maintenance MOH, EC submission, and also CTA folder preparation and shipment. Review documents for completeness, consistency and accuracy, under guidance of senior staff. Prepare site submission documents, reviewing for completeness and accuracy. Inform team members of completion of regulatory contractual. and other documents for individual sites. Distribute completed documents to sites and internal project team members. Update and maintain internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines and project plans with accurate and complete project specific information. Review, track and follow up the progress, the approval and execution of required documents , regulatory, ethics, Informed Consent Form (ICF) and Investigator Pack (IP) release documents. Qualifications B Sc Degree or Pursuing B Sc degree in Health Sciences or related field Appropriate verbal and written communication skills to function within a professional work environment. Evidence of effective problem – solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in alignment with the desired role placement Evidence of strong team work and communication skills.
