We are searching for the best talent for BU Lead, Aesthetic & Reconstruction Korea based in Seoul, South Korea. Purpose The Business Unit Lead, Aesthetic & Reconstruction Korea is responsible for planning, developing, and directing all aspects of the Korea Mentor Business Unit, including the breast aesthetics and reconstruction portfolio. This role is accountable for achieving short-term and long-term objectives related to sales, profitability, market share, and market leadership. The position requires strong P&L ownership, commercial acumen, strategic vision, and the ability to lead in a highly matrixed environment. The Business Unit Lead is responsible for integrating patient awareness, digital activation, product marketing, clinical credibility, surgeon engagement, professional education, in-clinic sales execution, and channel management into a coherent growth strategy while ensuring full compliance with regulatory, legal, HCC, quality, and ethical standards. You will be responsible for: Commercial Performance & P&L Ownership Direct accountability for sales, marketing, profitability, market share, and overall business performance of the Mentor Korea portfolio, including breast aesthetics and reconstruction. Own the Korea Mentor P&L and lead business decisions across revenue, profit, OPEX, investment prioritization, pricing strategy, product mix, and channel-related trade-offs. Deliver short-term financial commitments while building strong long-term business fundamentals. Monitor business performance indicators including IMS, NTS, SGP, inventory, market share, product mix, premium segment performance, and distributor/channel performance. Identify business risks and opportunities early and translate insights into actionable plans. Strategic Planning & Execution Develop and execute the Korea Mentor business strategy in alignment with APAC and global priorities. Lead annual business planning, forecasting, investment planning, and business review processes. Anticipate changes in market dynamics, patient behavior, surgeon preferences, competitive activities, reimbursement environments, and regulatory requirements. Patient Marketing, Brand Building & Product Strategy Lead patient marketing and brand marketing strategies to strengthen Mentor brand awareness, product preference, and premium segment growth. Translate patient insights, digital behavior, social trends, clinic conversion dynamics, and market intelligence into actionable brand and product strategies. Build an integrated growth model connecting patient demand generation, brand-building, surgeon engagement, professional education, clinical evidence, and sales execution. Drive product positioning and differentiation strategies based on scientific evidence, clinical credibility, patient relevance, and local market needs. Develop and execute patient-centric campaigns and digital activation initiatives in compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies. Customer Engagement & Market Development Develop and implement engagement strategies with plastic surgeons, reconstruction surgeons, clinic owners, hospital stakeholders, and key decision-makers. Build strong partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), professional societies, centers of excellence, and strategic accounts. Strengthen Mentor’s credibility within the Korean surgeon community through science-based engagement, clinical evidence, and professional education. Lead local KOL strategy, including identification, development, exposure planning, and balanced community engagement. Analyze patient trends, surgeon behavior, clinic dynamics, competitors, pricing, regulatory policies, and product trends to support business decision-making. Drive adoption of innovative solutions by connecting clinical relevance, patient needs, surgeon confidence, and commercial execution. Commercial Excellence & Change Management Lead change management initiatives to improve commercial execution, customer engagement, business processes, and organizational capability. Strengthen sales and marketing operating rhythms through business reviews, field coaching, KPI tracking, performance management, and execution follow-up. Improve commercial excellence through structured account management, segmentation, call planning, quality customer engagement, and disciplined execution. Build organizational agility to respond effectively to competitive pressure, product launches, regulatory changes, and evolving market expectations. Leadership & Talent Development Provide Credo-based leadership and build a high-performing, inclusive, transparent, and accountable culture. Attract, develop, coach, and retain strong talent within the Mentor Korea organization. Compliance & Governance Ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, HCC, quality, privacy, and ethical standards. Ensure all customer engagement, patient marketing, professional education, distributor interaction, and business activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and local regulations. Partner with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Medical Affairs, HEMA, Legal, and Compliance to appropriately manage product, claim, reimbursement, authority, and customer-related matters.
