The Role: The Manager, Global Commercial FP&A serves as a finance partner supporting global planning, forecasting, and performance management across Commercial and Medical functions. This role coordinates the consolidation and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans, helping translate financial results into clear narratives for business partners and leadership. Through strong cross-functional partnership, this individual supports standardization and transparency across financial processes and contributes to transformation initiatives that enhance analytics, improve efficiency, and elevate the impact of FP&A within the organization. Here’s What You’ll Do: Financial Planning, Forecasting & Decision Support: Coordinate the consolidation, analysis, and submission of Global Commercial and Medical forecasts and budgets, including OPEX and headcount Support long-range planning (LRP) OPEX models and multi-year scenario planning to inform launch readiness and portfolio growth Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend mitigation approaches through partnership with the business Perform capital deployment and ROI analyses for Commercial initiatives Provide data-driven recommendations to improve spend effectiveness across global markets Reporting & Business Reviews: Support global consolidation of Commercial and Medical OPEX and help standardize monthly forecasting and actuals reporting Prepare financial narratives and headcount analyses for business reviews Construct crosswalks between budget, forecast, and actuals to support clarity and alignment Partner with Accounting to support the integrity of monthly close and reporting outputs Cross-Functional Partnership & Governance Partner closely with Global Commercial and Medical business partners on OPEX planning, forecasting, and reporting Support master data governance and reporting standardization to improve transparency and automation Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Financial Systems, and IT to streamline reporting structures FP&A Transformation & Process Improvement Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time and elevate analytical rigor Support implementation of advanced analytics, planning tools, and visualization capabilities Contribute to analytical standards and best practices across the team Leverage AI tools to automate recurring FP&A workflows, improve analytical insights, and increase process efficiency Support automation and digitization initiatives within Commercial FP&A Here’s What You’ll Need: Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required 5+ years of experience in a related field, including financial planning & analysis or financial operations roles Experience with advanced analytical platforms and visualization tools Preferred Qualifications MBA or advanced degree helpful, but not required Prior FP&A experience in global biotech/pharmaceutical industry a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; willingness to “roll-up the sleeves” Excellent problem solving and analytical skills; highly proficient in Excel based modeling Strong communication skills (both written and oral) Experience with tier 1 ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and planning and reporting tools preferred Experience using AI tools to automate and improve FP&A processes, enhance analytics, and drive efficiency Exceptional attitude, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively across teams. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An individual’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, other incentive compensation, or equity award, subject to company plan eligibility criteria and individual performance.
