As a CRA, you will play a key role in managing and monitoring clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering strong relationships with investigative sites. Key Responsibilities: Conduct site monitoring visits and ensure adherence to protocols and regulatory guidelines. Support site selection, initiation, and close-out activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure study timelines and quality standards are met. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior CRAs as needed. Qualifications: Minimum of 1.5 years of independent monitoring experience. Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
