Pfizer Grange Castle Graduate Programme 2026 Applications Open: 21 September 2026 Applications Close: 18 October 2026 Programme Start Date: September 2027 Pfizer Grange Castle (Dublin) are delighted to be accepting applications for our 2027 Gradate Rotation Programme. Applications are open to students who are studying related areas in Science, Biotech and / or Engineering disciplines. Pfizer Grange Castle, located in Dublin, is one of Pfizer’s largest biopharmaceutical manufacturing sites and plays a key role in producing medicines and vaccines for patients around the world. The site specializes in biotechnology manufacturing, including the production of complex biologic medicines, and offers graduates the opportunity to work in a highly technical, innovative, and global environment. Our Graduate program offers students the chance to partake in a 23-month rotational program in the Pfizer, Grange Castle site.We are offering a fantastic training and development opportunity to committed students who are excited about a potential career in biopharma. Emphasis is required for courses related to Science or Engineering or similar. The successful candidate should: Be excited and motivated about challenges, innovation, and change. Be willing to rotate departments and gain experience across 3 different functions of the business. Passionate about your field of expertise Graduated, or expected to graduate, with a Level 8 or Level 9 qualification in a Science or Engineering discipline in 2025, 2026 or 2027. Available to start in September 2027. You are legally eligible to work in Ireland for the duration of the program. Recruitment Process/Next Steps: Step 1 Apply with CV completing application questions. Step 2: Online Aptitude Tests – Once you successfully complete Step 1, you will be invited to participate in Step 2 where you will complete online aptitude tests to make sure that Pfizer is the right place for you. This will be communicated to you via email. Step 3: Group Exercise – Successful candidates will be invited to participate in a group exercise with potential fellow colleagues. This will take place onsite on specific dates that will be communicated to you. Step 4: Interview – should you be successful at Step 3; you will be invited to attend interview onsite. Step 5: Pre-employment screening. Successful applicants will be contacted by our recruitment AND onboarding teams with details of your offer, next stages, and details for pre-employment screening.
