As a HR Graduate at ICON, you will support various human resources functions and initiatives, gaining valuable experience in the field. You will collaborate with HR professionals to enhance employee engagement, recruitment, and development efforts within the organization. What You Will Do: You will take responsibility for human resources deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews. Supporting the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Participating in employee engagement initiatives and helping to organize training and development programs. Maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies. Contributing to various HR projects and initiatives, providing administrative support and fresh insights. Your Profile: You will bring relevant human resources experience, along with the following qualifications and skills. Required qualifications and experience: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. A passion for human resources and a desire to learn about various HR functions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with HR software is a plus. Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
