Your mission We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Immuno-Dermatology - Research Associate to join our Translational Research group in Toulouse (Oncopôle site, France). Pierre Fabre Group is committed to Medical Care R&D to bring novel, innovative therapeutic opportunities to patients in need. Dermatology is a priority therapeutic area and constitutes a strategic focus for the Pierre Fabre Group. The internal R&D pipeline, supplemented with future external opportunities, will be central in shaping the future orientation of Pierre Fabre Medical Care. Your role within a pioneering company in full expansion: Design and execute cell-based functional assays to support drug discovery programs in immuno-dermatology. Conduct mechanism-of-action studies and in vitro preclinical proof-of-concept experiments using immune and/or skin-relevant models to characterize novel therapeutics. Develop and implement innovative cellular assay strategies, leveraging emerging technologies to address key project questions. Analyze experimental data and communicate results in team and cross-functional meetings to support decision-making. Establish, manage, and coordinate collaborations with external partners and CROs to ensure high productivity and quality, expanding capabilities according to project needs. Who you are ? Your skills at the service of innovative projects: Master’s degree in a Life Sciences discipline such as immunology , cell biology, molecular biology, or biochemistry 5+ years of professional experience in drug discovery and/or translational research in pharma industry or biotech is required Extensive cell culture and molecular biology expertise, with proven experience with immune cell–based assays, including multiparameter flow cytometry (FACS) and related functional readouts Knowledge in skin biology is highly valued Hands-on experience with different in vitro biochemical and cellular methods, combined with knowledge of multi-omics techniques Demonstrated proficiency in assay development and optimization, with a high level of independence, critical thinking, and a solution-oriented mindset Motivated and agile team player with the ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional R&D environment Excellent oral, and written communication skills in both French and English are essential At Pierre Fabre Laboratories, we believe that our greatest asset is our people.
