Position overview: Reporting to the RWD & HI Product Line Manager, you are a detail-oriented Business Analyst who bridges the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. You enjoy translating complex healthcare data needs into clear requirements, performing data analysis to uncover insights, and collaborating closely with product owners, data scientists, and engineers to deliver impactful RWD & HI products. Main responsibilities: Gather, document, and refine business requirements from internal stakeholders, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria Perform data analysis on RWD sources (claims, EHR, registry data) to support product decisions and identify trends Partner with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and sprint reviews to ensure alignment between business needs and delivery Support development of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that surface healthcare intelligence Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to validate data pipelines, define data quality KPIs, and ensure fitness-for-use of RWD & HI assets Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product documentation, process flows, and data dictionaries Assist in ensuring products meet applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements Support launch readiness activities and coordinate with cross-functional partners Help track and report on operational performance indicators and product metrics About you Key Technical Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Analytics, Economics, Health Informatics); Master’s degree is a plus 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, data analysis, or a similar analytical role; experience in healthcare or pharma is a plus Familiarity with data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel); experience with BI/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus Familiarity with GenAI concepts including RAG architectures, LLMs, and prompt engineering; hands-on experience is a plus Exposure to telemetry, evaluation frameworks, or quality metrics for AI agents and AI-powered features Interest in or experience with AI-assisted prototyping to validate concepts and support product decisions Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) Experience with data structures, data flows, and data quality concepts Prior experience with Real-World Data (claims, EHR, registries) is desirable but not required Key Functional Requirements & Qualifications: Ability to connect tech and business worlds Business acumen Ability to prioritize among conflicting priorities and requests in a complex, multinational environment Data-driven – product analytics matter!
