Work Flexibility: Onsite What you will do - Provide leadership and expertise for loaner kit and order fulfillment operations. Oversee product distribution for representatives and customers, including order processing, shipping, inventory management, and service delivery. Maintain audit readiness, optimize inventory utilization, and drive operational excellence across warehouse operations. Lead, coach, develop, and manage team members, including scheduling, performance management, compensation, recruitment, and employee relations. Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices, maintaining quality standards, and achieving key performance metrics. Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counting, inventory tracking, product inspections, and warehouse organization. Ensure compliance with inventory control, audit, quality, and safety requirements. Manage inbound and outbound product flow, including surgery shipments, loaner kits, product availability, and order fulfillment. Coordinate shipping activities, delivery logistics, carrier relationships, and issue resolution to support customer needs. Monitor service levels, investigate customer concerns, resolve operational discrepancies, and identify process improvements. Maintain inventory records, reporting, account documentation, and other operational data. Partner with internal resources, including loaner banks, warehouses, and consignment locations, to secure product availability. Lead team communication through meetings, training, and updates on policies, procedures, schedules, and operational priorities. Participate in the branch on-call rotation and support business continuity efforts. Support branch audits and champion quality initiatives across the operation. Required - Bachelor's Degree in business or related discipline OR 6+ years of equivalent relevant experience in lieu of degree Preferred - Demonstrated warehouse/inventory control experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment $64,400 - $94,400 USD Annual Travel Percentage: 0% Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
