Make an Impact as a Manager, Clinical Data Management at Worldwide As a Manager, Clinical Data Management, you will play a critical leadership role in driving the successful execution of clinical studies while supporting high-quality data management operations. Your leadership will help ensure projects are delivered effectively, resources are optimized, and teams are empowered to perform at their best. In this role, you'll oversee data management teams, provide strategic direction across study portfolios, and serve as a trusted escalation point for sponsors and internal stakeholders. You'll also contribute to process improvements, operational excellence, and the continued development of team members across the department. Your expertise will influence both project delivery and departmental initiatives, helping to strengthen data management practices that support the advancement of clinical research. Where You'll Work This is a REMOTE role open to candidates based in Argentina. You will collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones. Travel may be required to support sponsor governance meetings, audits, inspections, and other business-related activities. What You'll Do Lead and oversee clinical data management teams and study portfolios to support successful project execution and budget management. Serve as the primary escalation point for study-related issues and drive timely resolution with internal and external stakeholders. Represent the organization in sponsor governance meetings and foster strong sponsor relationships. Manage team resources, ensuring projects are appropriately staffed and aligned with individual capabilities and workload demands. Coach, mentor, and develop team members through training, objective setting, performance management, and career development support. Partner with business development teams by contributing to proposals, presentations, and sponsor-facing discussions. Support audits, inspections, and third-party reviews, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement where needed. Act as a subject matter expert for assigned data management processes, providing guidance, training, documentation oversight, and quality leadership. Lead departmental initiatives focused on process improvements, operational efficiencies, and best practices across the data management function. What You'll Bring Bachelor’s degree or higher in biomedical sciences, life sciences, computer science, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. Minimum 9 years of experience in clinical data management or a related role within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries. 2–4 years of people management experience We love knowing that someone is going to have a better life because of the work we do.
