Role Description This role is responsible for delivering and supporting collaboration and workplace technology services across China, including the planning, implementation, and support of IT infrastructure for new office sites and facility expansions, as well as meeting room services across company locations nationwide. Key responsibilities include the design, deployment, adoption, and ongoing support of modern digital meeting room solutions, with a focus on enhancing collaboration and providing a seamless and intuitive user experience. The role also supports the deployment and operation of audiovisual (AV) solutions, lifecycle management of AV equipment, and administration of room booking systems to enable efficient and productive workplace collaboration. The position provides technical production and operational support for China Affiliate Town Halls and other live broadcast events, including responsibilities as production director and streaming operator. The role also supports the operation of the China Affiliate Digital Broadcasting Studio, including video production, filming, and post-production activities, as well as the maintenance, enhancement, and lifecycle management of broadcasting and media production equipment. In addition, the role supports enterprise printing services across China and promotes the adoption and effective use of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and Copilot capabilities, helping users improve productivity, collaboration, and overall digital workplace experience. As part of its broader infrastructure responsibilities, the position also contributes to cloud platform operations and support for the organization’s multi-cloud foundation environment. Responsibilities include day-to-day operational support, platform administration, technical troubleshooting, service monitoring, and continuous improvement activities to help maintain a secure, stable, and scalable cloud environment. The role works closely with local, regional, and global IT teams, business stakeholders, and external service providers to deliver infrastructure and collaboration services, resolve technical issues, support projects, and continuously improve service quality and user experience. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5–7 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and related areas. 2–3 years of experience as a team leader in a multinational company, with people management responsibilities. Experience managing outsourcing partners and service providers for IT infrastructure and end-user services. Proven experience leading IT operations and projects, including the implementation, coordination, and communication of IT infrastructure services. Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and collaboration platforms. Experience producing and supporting live broadcast events, including company town halls. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and articulate complex technical concepts in clear, easy-to-understand business terms, including to senior leaders. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with regional and global teams. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
