Job Function: MedTech Sales Job Sub Function: Clinical Sales – Surgeons (Commission) Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Kolkata, West Bengal, India Job Description: Role Summary: Responsible for driving sales of Joint Replacement products (Hip & Knee Implants) and VELYS Robotic Surgery solutions in assigned hospitals and Cuttack and out side of Bhubaneswar territories. Build strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and distributors to achieve business targets and expand market share. Key Responsibilities Achieve sales targets for Joint Replacement implants and VELYS Robotics. Develop relationships with Orthopaedic Surgeons, hospital purchase teams, and key decision-makers. Generate demand, negotiate contracts, and close business opportunities. Support surgeries by ensuring implant and instrument availability. Identify and manage tender opportunities and government business. Conduct surgeon training, product demonstrations, and clinical support activities. Manage key accounts, consignment inventory, and instrument maintenance. Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, and replenishment. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Ensure compliance with J&J policies, ethics, and business practices. Manage expenses, receivables, and business operations efficiently. Qualification & Experience MBA (Full-Time) preferred. Graduate mandatory. Minimum 5 years of Medical Device sales/Orthopedic Pharma experience. Experience in Joint Replacement/Orthopaedics preferred. Experience handling surgeon KOLs and hospital accounts. Proficient in Hindi and English.
