We are currently seeking a Senior Proposals Writer to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Proposals Writer at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling and persuasive proposals for clinical trials, contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies. What You Will Be Doing: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize information necessary for proposal development. Writing and editing proposal documents to effectively communicate the study objectives, methodology, and value proposition to clients. Ensuring proposals are compliant with client requirements, regulatory guidelines, and internal standards. Conducting research and analysis to support proposal development, including competitive intelligence and market trends. Managing proposal timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely submission and review. Your Profile: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, English, Communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in proposal writing, or a related field within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or clinical research industry. Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
