Working closely with Europe & Middle East Medical leadership and Global Medical Affairs Operations, you will be a key connector across Medical, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Quality, Digital/Technology, Commercial Digital, and Country teams. Contribute to global initiatives and provide cross-region support or coverage for shared Medical Affairs Operations processes, systems, reporting, and priorities as needed. Support the translation of country Medical strategy into integrated regional and country plans, connecting strategic priorities with budgets, resources, milestones, risks, dependencies, and measurable outcomes. Enable effective execution of Medical Affairs activities across the EU & ME region, including Field Medical engagements, CRM, medical insights, Listening Priorities and KAB measurement, medical education, evidence generation, Medical Grants, and launch and lifecycle readiness. Manage and coordinate regional financial and resource operations, including planning, forecasting, budget tracking, contracting, purchase orders, invoicing, vendor management, and reconciliation in close partnership with Country teams, Finance, and Procurement. Coordinate regional Medical Affairs business reviews and planning activities, including planning cycles such as CSE and ungating requests, QBRs, regional meetings, communications, and action and decision tracking. Partner with Global Medical Affairs Operations and Commercial Digital to support adoption and operational processes for the Customer Engagement Platform / CRM, including analytics, dashboards, automation, AI-enabled tools, and other Medical Affairs platforms. Explore opportunities to get closer to Generative AI and emerging digital capabilities, identifying responsible applications that can improve Medical Affairs workflows, reporting, analytics, knowledge management, and operational decision-making.
