Perform or coordinate laboratory testing (microbiological, chemical, and physical analysis). Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP , GMP , GHP , ISO 22000 , and applicable FSSAI regulations. Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation. Investigate product quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities. Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Conduct internal audits and support external regulatory or certification audits. Train production staff on food safety, hygiene, and quality procedures. B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields. B.Tech./M.Tech. in Food Technology or Food Engineering.
