Clinical Operations Assistant ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation united by a mission to bring new medicines and treatments to patients faster. We are looking for a CTA with experience of supporting global clinical trial operations with some financial exposure. You will assist in ensuring that timely and accurate reports and documentation are prepared. You will demonstrate a strong sense of ownership to perform tasks in a timely manner, and the ability maintain clear and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. What You Will Do: This is a cross functional role with the department for a CTA with some financial exposure. Key responsibilities include: ​ You will coordinate with different departments the finance quarterly portfolio reports, consolidate data, gather all the information for financial reports (annual, quarterly, etc.) and annual close activities. • Gather key information for expenses on trackers • Main POC for all cross-functional teams • Preparing team slides for meeting • Corporate communication and reshaping the newsletter • Update the training system, uploading the training recordings onto the platform • Will be accountable for the transition to a new systems • Interested in new systems and tech-savvy within global environments • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting of projects and initiatives. Your Profile: Required qualifications and experience: • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, ideally but not mandatory • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders gained at global level • Entry-level experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices. • Proficiency in Microsoft MS 365 tools Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT as well as SharePoint with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Pro-active, can-do attitude work approach • Good English writing and analytical skills #LI-Remote: #LI-ET1 Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
