Associate - Customer Pricing EU

The Opportunity: Executes day-to-day objectives related to the completion of tender and quotation requests by following defined procedures and standards. Completes and requests contractors’ documents to fulfill bids as per local government and customer requirements. Assists representatives in specifying the necessary information, enter quotes into the system, and collaborate with representatives to provide pricing to customers in a professional manner, meeting customer expectations. Addresses recurring problems and issues by applying methods learned through experience and using available support. Communicate with contacts within the job area to obtain or provide information requiring some explanation or interpretation. THE OPPORTUNITY: The primary job responsibility of an Associate Customer Pricing is to create customer conditions in the ERP system as requested by the Sales Team, abiding by pricing policies, and providing the required reports. You will work closely with our Sales Representatives and Country Managers to get the renewals of Customer Prices on time and provide accurate and timely reports. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Academic: Bachelor’s degree (mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or a related field will be preferable) Master’s Degree is an added advantage. CERTIFICATIONS: Microsoft Office applications – Excel & MS Access EXPERIENCE: 1 - 2 plus Years Experience with similar job duties THOSE NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE JOB COMPETENTLY: Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and basic in VBA and visualization tools like Power BI, Python will be an added advantage. Ability to think analytically, critical thinking skills and quantitative skills. Diligence and a natural aptitude for numbers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and business acumen. Customer-centric and an Ambitious Person attitude. Manage time and priorities – set timelines, coordinate tasks for yourself and with others. Apply teamwork skills to a range of situations and ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels. Associates need to be eager to learn and consistently improve their knowledge. Skill in creative thinking to foster innovation. Develops better, faster, or less expensive ways to do things. Open to other's ideas Customer focused and motivated to deliver value in every interaction. Quickly and effectively solves customer problems. Flexible to Work from Office/Hybrid Model of Work. HOW YOU WILL THRIVE AND CREATE AN IMPACT: Extract pricing information from various sources such as SAP, Databases, and Internal systems. Responsible for Creating Customer Conditions in ERP systems, abiding to set policies and procedures. Scheduled & On Demand report preparation. Ensure tasks/reports are delivered on time and in a clear and concise format. Effective communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations when handling sensitive information.
