The Role & What You Will Be Doing Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Product Security Co-ordinator role will make an impact: Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Global Product Security team and broader GS function as required. Coordinate programme activities, meetings, travel arrangements and action tracking. Prepare presentations, briefing materials, reports and executive dashboards. Collect, analyse and present programme metrics, KPIs and emerging trends. Support intelligence analysis by collating information from multiple sources and preparing analytical summaries. Assist with investigation administration, case tracking and documentation. Support budget management by tracking expenditure, processing invoices and monitoring forecasts. Coordinate approval processes, purchase requests and other internal administrative workflows. Support management of external vendors alongside senior members of the Product Security team, including tracking deliverables and invoices. Maintain programme documentation, records and evidence inventories where appropriate. Coordinate cross-functional communications and follow up on actions across regions. Support the preparation of materials for leadership meetings, governance reviews and business updates. Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and programme efficiency. Undertake additional Product Security and Global Security duties as assigned About Your Skills & Experience For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences: Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Security Management, Data Analytics or a related discipline although all education levels and relevant experience will be considered. Previous internship or early-career experience in administration, project coordination, analytics, security, law enforcement support or a corporate environment is desirable. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across international teams.
