Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine Position Summary The Business Manager, Hematology is responsible for driving sustainable growth, market leadership, and patient access for the Hematology portfolio across Vietnam. The role leads a high-performing field team, executes commercial strategies, and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives while ensuring compliance and business integrity. Key Responsibilities Business Performance Deliver distributor sales, market share, patient share and access objectives for the Hematology portfolio. Develop and execute territory and account strategies aligned with business priorities. Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and implement corrective actions. Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6 Product Specialist Representatives (can increase up to 8 bases on business expansion). Drive a high-performance culture through coaching, capability building, and performance management. Foster collaboration, accountability, and customer-centric execution. Stakeholder Engagement Build strategic partnerships with key hospitals, KOLs, and key decision-makers. Drive account planning and initiatives that improve patient access and treatment adoption. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial Excellence teams to ensure flawless execution. Provide market insights to support strategy development and portfolio growth. Compliance Ensure all activities comply with company policies, healthcare compliance standards, and local regulations. Uphold the highest standards of ethics and business integrity. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or medicine. 5+ years of MNC same position experience, including leadership responsibilities. Proven track record in sales leadership, account management, and team development. Experience in Hematology or Oncology is preferred. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Success Measures Achievement of sales and market share targets. Expansion of patient access, new accounts and treatment adoption. Team performance, engagement, and talent development. Excellence in stakeholder engagement and compliance. Travel Requirement (Yes): Frequent travel across Vietnam, mainly HCMC, Hanoi and Danang.
