The incumbent will assist in preparing reagents, solutions, and equipment; execute peptide synthesis under supervision; and learn purification techniques such as HPLC, chromatography, and filtration. The role also includes operating and maintaining production equipment, maintaining accurate production records, and compiling data for reports. The individual is expected to communicate effectively with the team, contribute ideas for process improvement, and actively participate in training and development opportunities to build technical expertise over time. Understand and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for peptide synthesis. Assist in the preparation of reagents, solutions, and equipment for peptide production. Execute peptide synthesis under the guidance of experienced personnel Learn and perform purification techniques such as HPLC, chromatography, and filtration. Assist in maintaining accurate records of production and testing activities. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety guidelines. Learn to operate and maintain peptide production equipment. Report equipment malfunctions or abnormalities promptly. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all production activities. Compile data and assist in preparing production reports. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements. Provide feedback on procedures to enhance efficiency and quality Attend training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills. Actively participate in professional development opportunities.
