Job Summary Leads the architecture, design, development, and delivery of cost-effective software solutions using C#, .NET, and microservices. Provides technical leadership to the team. What you’ll be doing Designs and architects’ scalable software solutions using modern engineering practices. Leads complex programs or key workstreams, including planning, scheduling, and execution. Translates product and software requirements into architecture, concepts, and design alternatives. Solves ambiguous, complex technical problems while balancing quality, cost, time, and business needs. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, users, and external partners to deliver and maintain software architecture. Serves as a subject-matter expert and influences technical direction across teams and product platforms. Mentor engineers and may coordinate assigned engineering or technical staff. Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, WebSockets, SignalR, and real-time voice communication technologies. Apply HIPAA-aligned security practices for data handling, authentication, voice communications, messaging, and notifications. What you’ll bring B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or related field and 13+ years related experience. Strong technical leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-influencing skills. Ability to align technical decisions with business objectives, cost, quality, and delivery expectations. Advanced experience with .NET, C#, Web APIs, microservices, and Kubernetes. Experience with Azure or AWS and relational database design, including SQL Server. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, or React is desirable. Proven record of delivering solutions to complex technical challenges; medical-device software experience is preferred. Good to have Experience with WebRTC, SIP, VoIP, media sessions, call signaling, or voice gateway integrations. Experience building secure communication, clinical communication, messaging, or alerting applications.
