Technical Lead, Platform Engineering & DevOps

Summary of Position: Technical Lead involved in design, automation, and operation of the Digital Health cloud platform. Drive AWS, EKS, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, observability, security, and AI analytics platform capabilities to enable scalable, compliant, and high-performing healthcare solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead cloud platform architecture and engineering on AWS/Cloud. Design and operate Kubernetes/EKS platforms with GitOps (ArgoCD, Helm). Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform. Drive CI/CD automation, platform reliability, and operational excellence. Enable AI Analytics and data-driven capabilities through scalable cloud infrastructure. Implement observability, monitoring, security, and compliance controls. Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across Digital Health platform initiatives. Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree with 7+ years of experience.
