The Position As a Business Operations Analyst, you will independently manage end-to-end business operations processes and workstreams, tackling complex problems with emerging ambiguity. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams within Rocne Digital Technology (RDT) Group Functions and beyond, analyzing, planning and executing the implementation of business operations processes within the function, such as compliance and quality adherence, performance dashboards, operational effectiveness relevant frameworks. You will also be shaping stakeholder perspectives, handling interdependencies, and significantly contributing to the design and validation of effective business operations. Your Responsibilities Scope: Independently manages end-to-end business operations related workstreams without guidance, with a particular focus on compliance, quality and performance insights processes. Proficiently adapts a range of standard frameworks shaped by RDT management functions, proactively drives the adoption of ways of working and best practices, and tackles challenges through influencing skills rather than authority. Accountability/Problem Solving: Accountable for delivering comprehensive requirements, contributing significantly to operational excellence and effectiveness solutions, and proactively identifying needs-solution discrepancies to propose creative improvements. Stakeholder Management: Builds strong partnership with a diverse range of cross-functional stakeholders and builds reliance through business and technical understanding to act as a trusted advisor. Facilitates workshops, resolves conflicts, and proactively shapes stakeholder perspectives to strategically manage expectations. Impact/Strategy: Delivers impact by ensuring solutions delivered provide demonstrable business value. Translates requirements into strategic implementation plans, influences tactical decisions, and contributes to long-term solution roadmaps. Complexity: Works at a level involving multiple teams, systematically interacting with stakeholders across a broad product environment. Evaluates solution impacts considering both immediate and long-term business implications. Leverages tracked data points and reporting tools to evaluate impact and to drive insights based decisions. Business/ Technical ability: Demonstrates a deep understanding of business and technical domains, technologies, and their interdependencies. Independently applies tools, principles, and techniques related to requirements, data, usability, and process analysis to manage interconnections and improve overall efficiency. Who You Are 5+ years of Business Analysis / Consultancy experience, with at least 3+ years in life sciences/pharma or the assigned business function being supported. Proven experience independently managing end-to-end workstreams, navigating ambiguous requirements, and evaluating strategic solution options. Demonstrated experience in translating requirements into strategic implementation plans that align with overall business objectives. Experience ITSM and/or risk and compliance experience. Demonstrated knowledge and hands on experience on everyday AI tools and technologies. Further experience in AI implementation to deliver processes successfully is a plus. Technical Skills Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis/Consultancy concepts and practices Strong proficiency in requirements elicitation and documentation, ensuring comprehensive requirements traceability and consistent change management. Ability to independently apply tools, principles, concepts, and techniques related to requirements, data, AI, usability, and process analysis. Additional Qualifications Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills as well as a strong understanding of organizational change management, with the ability to facilitate workshops, resolve conflicts, and define stakeholder engagement strategies across functional areas.
