For more details, please visit : www.piramalpharmasolutions.com Job Title Senior Manager - Capex Procurement Job Description Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement of API equipment for CAPEX projects, covering vendor evaluation, technical-commercial negotiations, approvals, contracting and PR-to-PO conversion, while ensuring alignment with project requirements, budgets and timelines. CAPEX Equipment Sourcing: Lead sourcing and procurement of API equipment and related CAPEX requirements in line with project specifications, timelines and budgets. Vendor Evaluation & Negotiation: Identify and evaluate suitable equipment vendors and lead commercial negotiations through direct engagement, auctions and RfX processes. Technical & Commercial Alignment: Coordinate with technical/project stakeholders to ensure equipment specifications, commercial terms and vendor proposals are aligned with project requirements. Approval & Contract Management: Manage CAPEX procurement approvals as per DoA and oversee contracting and commercial closure with selected vendors. PR-to-PO Execution: Drive timely conversion of approved PRs to POs following negotiation and vendor finalization. Vendor & Project Delivery Management: Coordinate with equipment vendors to ensure timely delivery in line with project milestones, specifications and agreed contractual terms.
