A Day in the Life The Enterprise Transformation function partners with business and functional leaders to deliver strategic initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, accelerate adoption of new capabilities, and enable business performance. The team supports enterprise-wide programs that may include operating model evolution, organizational change, digital and artificial intelligence (AI) adoption, enterprise integration, and workforce transformation. This position is based onsite at Operational Headquarters (OHQ). The role works closely with leaders, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders across the enterprise and requires minimal travel. As a Principal Transformation Delivery Specialist, you will lead defined transformation workstreams and help organizations implement new structures, processes, technologies, capabilities, and ways of working. This role partners with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to drive implementation, readiness, adoption, and sustainment of transformation initiatives while supporting achievement of intended business outcomes. Primary Responsibilities Lead transformation workstreams from planning through implementation, stabilization, and transition to business ownership. Translate transformation strategies and design decisions into structured execution plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and success measures. Develop and execute change management plans that address stakeholder impacts, readiness, engagement, learning, and adoption requirements. Partner with business leaders, Human Resources, Communications, Digital/Information Technology, and project teams to align transformation activities and implementation priorities. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, readiness reviews, focus groups, and working sessions to support decision-making and execution. Create audience-specific communications, learning materials, and leader enablement resources that support understanding and adoption of change. Monitor readiness, adoption, and performance metrics; analyze results and recommend actions to address risks and improve outcomes. Capture lessons learned, effective practices, and reusable tools that strengthen enterprise transformation capabilities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in change management, transformation, organizational effectiveness, human resources, program management, management consulting, business operations, or a related transformation-focused discipline; or advanced degree with 5+ years of experience. Experience supporting or leading cross-functional change and implementation initiatives involving organizational, process, technology, workforce, or operating model changes. Experience independently managing a transformation workstream, major deliverable, or small-to-medium scale engagement through implementation. Experience partnering with business leaders, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes. Experience identifying, managing, and communicating risks, dependencies, issues, and implementation priorities. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
