Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech DePuy Synthes BeLux is looking for the best talent for a Marketing Manager TECA (Trauma, Extremities, Craniomaxillofacial and Animal Health) to help drive market expansion, portfolio growth, and strong commercial execution across Belgium and Luxembourg. Purpose: The Marketing Manager shapes and coordinates the BeLux marketing strategy to accelerate market expansion and share gain, delivering incremental and profitable growth. This role translates market and customer insights into clear strategic priorities and then enables Sales Managers and field teams to execute effectively through business planning, targeting, and value-based messaging. The Marketing Manager partners closely with other BeLux Marketing colleagues, Sales teams, EMEA Marketing, and internal stakeholders (including Supply Chain and Education Solutions & Strategic Capabilities), as well as customers. The role reports to the DePuy Synthes Marketing Lead and represents Johnson & Johnson by bringing innovative, high‑quality products and solutions to the BeLux market. Platform responsibility : Trauma, Extremities, Craniomaxillofacial and Animal Health. DePuy Synthes is evolving from an implant company to a procedure company, where the combination of implant, enabling technology, and surgical technique is key to delivering the best patient outcomes. This role helps translate rapidly advancing innovation—navigation, data and AI—into clear value propositions and effective market execution.. You will be responsible for : Monitor and analyze the orthopedics market (trends, size, growth, competitive landscape, and customer needs) to inform local strategy. Develop deep knowledge of the portfolio and enable Sales teams through training, clinical evidence, and clear differentiation versus competitors. Partner proactively with EMEA Marketing teams to align local execution with regional strategy and best practices. Define the BeLux strategy based on local market insights and the EMEA marketing plans. Manage the BeLux product portfolio and steer it toward the target portfolio defined by EMEA Marketing. Plan and execute new product launches, including market access (notifications and reimbursement files), pricing, Sales training, and definition of sets relevant for BeLux. Co-organize educational events for orthopedic residents and surgeons with the Education Solutions team. Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) across BeLux. Work closely with Supply Chain to optimize loan sets and inventory, and to manage alternatives in case of backorders. Lead broader marketing initiatives to strengthen DePuy Synthes visibility and help Sales teams bring products to market. Qualifications / Requirements: 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing and/or sales, ideally within the medical device industry. Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational execution; driven by results and excellence. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders in a matrix environment. Positive, proactive mindset with the ability to deliver in a dynamic environment with uncertainty and ambiguity. Able to manage multiple priorities and projects while remaining responsive and adaptable to day-to-day requests. Able to build credibility, respect, and trust with customers. Strong influencing, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. High proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint. Fluent in English, Dutch and French. Preferred Master’s degree or equivalent. Knowledge of DePuy Synthes portfolios. Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
