The Director, GCA Technology Lead, Strategy & Transformation is a strategic technology leader responsible for advancing Global Corporate Affairs technology strategy, AI readiness, Product Operating Model maturity, digital transformation, and knowledge management capabilities. This role will help shape the future of GCA by identifying and scaling innovative technologies, modernizing operating models, and delivering transformational business outcomes through AI-enabled products, platforms, and processes. Reporting to the Product Group Leader, Global Corporate Affairs Technology, this leader will serve as the strategic connector among GCA business leaders, Corporate Business Technology, enterprise technology teams, and external partners. The role is accountable for defining and driving a transformation roadmap that enables GCA to operate as a modern, data-driven, AI-enabled organization. The successful candidate will possess significant experience operating within a Product Operating Model environment and a demonstrated track record leading enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business value. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive GCA Technology Strategy and Transformation roadmap aligned to Global Corporate Affairs priorities and enterprise objectives. Lead strategic technology assessments that modernize business processes, simplify technology ecosystems, and drive operational excellence. Drive adoption and maturity of the Product Operating Model across GCA Technology, including roadmap planning, prioritization, governance, and value measurement. Lead GCA’s AI readiness strategy, ensuring the organization develops the capabilities, governance, operating models, and skills required to scale AI responsibly. Drive adoption of generative AI, agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, enterprise AI solutions, and emerging technologies across GCA. Establish AI governance, value realization metrics, and adoption frameworks aligned with Johnson & Johnson standards. Develop and lead enterprise knowledge and content management strategies that improve creation, discovery, reuse, lifecycle management, and retention. Partner with Corporate Communications, Government Affairs, Media Relations, Brand, Technology, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Security, Privacy, Risk, and Global Services teams to deliver transformational initiatives. Oversee a portfolio of capabilities and products supporting AI, knowledge management, workflow automation, communications, digital experiences, and employee productivity. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Product Owners and technology professionals. Build organizational capabilities that support AI fluency, Product Operating Model adoption, innovation, accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning. Measure success through business outcomes, OKRs, value realization, adoption, risk reduction, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree is required. Minimum 10 years of experience in technology, strategy, digital transformation, product management, or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience leading technology, product, strategy, or transformation teams. Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation programs that deliver measurable business value. Proven experience working within a Product Operating Model environment. Experience managing product portfolios, roadmaps, governance processes, OKRs, business cases, and value realization activities. Practical experience applying generative AI, agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, and enterprise AI capabilities to improve products, processes, user experiences, and business outcomes. Working knowledge of Responsible AI, privacy, security, risk management, governance, data ethics, and compliant AI implementation. Experience driving AI readiness, workforce fluency, organizational change management, and technology adoption programs. Knowledge management, enterprise content management, workflow automation, data and analytics strategy, and risk/compliance management experience.
