Join us for a career that changes lives. The position is based in São Paulo/SP/Brazil and will operate on a flexible work model with presence in the office. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Lead indirect tax compliance activities, ensuring accurate calculation, reporting, and payment of taxes, including PIS, COFINS, IPI, ICMS, ICMS-ST, ISS, CBS, IBS, withholding taxes, and other applicable obligations. Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of statutory and ancillary tax filings, including EFD ICMS/IPI, EFD Contributions, EFD-Reinf, DCTF, and other regulatory requirements. Ensure the accuracy and compliance of tax master data for products and suppliers, including classification and tax parameters such as NCM, CST, CFOP, and related tax attributes. Partner with cross-functional teams and business units to ensure the correct application of tax legislation across business operations and transactions. Monitor and assess changes in tax laws and regulations, driving timely implementation of requirements and minimizing compliance risk. Lead interactions with tax authorities, including audits, inspections, assessments, and administrative proceedings. Identify opportunities to optimize tax processes, recover tax credits, improve controls, and mitigate fiscal risks. Manage and maintain tax configurations and system parameterization to support compliance and operational efficiency. Develop, coach, and lead a high-performing tax team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Drive the tax-related workstream associated with Brazil's Tax Reform, ensuring effective planning, implementation, and change management across the organization. Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor’s degree Fluent English Strong experience in Brazilian indirect tax compliance and tax legislation. Knowledge of ERP tax configuration and tax process optimization within SAP (ECC and S4Hanna) and Tax One. 5 years of proven people leadership and team development experience. Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across multiple business functions. Experience supporting tax transformation initiatives and regulatory change projects, including Brazil's Tax Reform implementation.
