Role Overview We are seeking a Technical Analyst to support the implementation of an Animal Farm Management IT system . This role will work closely with farm operations, business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure successful deployment, integration, data migration, testing, and post-go-live support of the system. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and technical skills, experience gathering requirements, supporting system implementations, and troubleshooting data or interface issues. Familiarity with animal production or farm operations is highly desirable. What You Will Do Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from farm operations and other stakeholders Translate operational needs into functional specifications, workflows, and system requirements Support system configuration, validation, and testing activities Assist with data migration, data cleansing, mapping, and reconciliation Support integration activities with related systems such as ERP, inventory, reporting, laboratory, or IoT/sensor platforms Develop and execute test scenarios, support user acceptance testing, and track defects through resolution Troubleshoot system, data, and interface issues during implementation and post-go-live Collaborate with vendors, developers, and internal IT teams to resolve issues Support go-live planning, cutover activities, and stabilization efforts Prepare documentation, process guides, and training support materials Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and system efficiency Support reporting and dashboard requirements for operational and management needs What should you have Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Agricultural Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in a technical analyst, systems analyst, or similar role Experience supporting software implementation projects or system upgrades Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and issue resolution Basic understanding of data management, SQL, Excel, and reporting concepts Experience working with integrations, data migration, or interface troubleshooting Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with animal farm management, livestock, agriculture, or production systems Familiarity with ERP systems, IoT devices, laboratory systems, or supply chain applications Knowledge of master data management, business process mapping, and UAT Experience with ticketing and collaboration tools such as ServiceNow, Confluence, or SharePoint Exposure to regulatory, traceability, or compliance requirements in agricultural environments Core Competencies Analytical thinking Technical problem-solving Attention to detail Collaboration and teamwork Documentation and process discipline Adaptability in a fast-paced implementation environment Strong verbal and written communication Working Conditions May require occasional travel to farm or operational sites May involve support during cutover, go-live, and stabilization periods Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and time zones, if applicable Primary Skills Strong experience within the Pharmaceutical/Biopharmaceutical industry. Proven experience in IT Technical Analyst. Strong understanding of software implementation projects or system upgrades Must have worked upon Animal health related projects.
