Career Category Human Resources Job Description Senior Associate, Benefits Operations We are seeking a results-driven Senior Associate, Benefits Operations to join our Human Resources team. This role will be responsible for the effective administration, governance, and delivery of employee benefit programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in benefits operations, vendor management, financial process coordination, data management, and employee support. Roles & Responsibilities Benefits Administration Manage the administration of employee benefit programs, including but not limited to Car Lease, Leave, Daycare, and Insurance etc.. Ensure benefit transactions, enrolments, changes, and employee queries are managed accurately and within defined timelines. Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to resolve operational issues and escalations. Support annual benefit enrolment, renewals, and employee communication activities. Vendor and Financial Management Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, service delivery, and performance reviews. Coordinate finance and procurement processes, including purchase orders, invoice validation, accruals, reconciliations, and payment tracking. Monitor vendor service levels and ensure timely closure of open actions and escalations. Reporting and Governance Maintain accurate benefits data used for dashboards, reports, financial reviews, and leadership updates. Conduct data audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance. Maintain process documentation, trackers, governance calendars, and audit records. Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve benefit processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. 6–9 years of experience in Benefits Operations, Total Rewards, HR Operations, or related roles. Experience administering employee benefit programs and managing external vendors. Working knowledge of finance and procurement processes, including purchase orders, invoices, accruals, and vendor onboarding. Strong proficiency in Excel, data management, reporting, and reconciliation. Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday or SuccessFactors; Power BI or Tableau exposure is an advantage. Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. .
