Job Description About the role: We are seeking a People Analytics Manager to own the administration, optimization, governance, and user enablement of the People Analytics team's core platforms and services. This role serves as the operational backbone for key capabilities including employee listening programs, workforce analytics platforms, self-service reporting solutions, and platform adoption initiatives. As a trusted partner to HR, People Analytics, HR Technology, and business stakeholders, you will ensure our analytics and listening platforms are reliable, scalable, and easy to use. You will oversee platform operations, survey administration, stakeholder support, and adoption efforts that help HR teams maximize the value of people data and insights. How you will contribute: Administer People Analytics platforms, including configuration, access, governance, testing, releases, and enhancement requests for employee listening and workforce reporting platforms. Maintain platform roadmaps and improve usability, scalability, and adoption. Work with Human Resources Technology to support data quality, security, and reliable operations. Working closely with the People Measurement Science team, administer engagement, pulse, lifecycle, and ad hoc surveys. Configure templates, participant groups, hierarchies, reporting views, schedules, and launches. Coordinate communications, quality checks, issue resolution, and post-survey support. Apply governance, confidentiality, and data privacy standards. Provide platform support, training, documentation, and self-service resources. Gather feedback and translate business needs into platform enhancements. Skills and qualifications: At least five years of experience in People Analytics, Human Resources Technology, Human Resources Information Systems, Human Resources Operations, Employee Listening, or a related field. Experience supporting Human Resources or analytics platforms such as Visier, Viva Glint, Workday, Qualtrics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Knowledge of Human Resources processes, workforce data, and analytics practices. Strong English-language communication skills, including the ability to write clearly, facilitate discussions, and explain complex information to global stakeholders. Experience with employee listening program operations. Experience managing platform administration, user access, governance, and operational services. Familiarity with reporting tools, dashboards, and data governance principles. Ability to manage concurrent projects and recurring operational cycles. Experience supporting change management, training, and user adoption. Comfort integrating AI-enabled capabilities into platform roadmaps and day-to-day workflows. Working Model: This is a hybrid-model role with a minimum of 10 days per month of on-site attendance and at least 2-3 days per week are expected. Our offices are located in Santa Fe, CDMX.
