Job Description Job Specification: Marketing Intern – Oncology Business Unit Location: Dublin Duration: 6 months Department: Oncology Business Unit, Marketing Reports to: Marketing Lead Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our Oncology Business Unit. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in pharmaceutical marketing within a dynamic and impactful therapeutic area. The successful candidate will support the marketing team in executing strategic initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of oncology products. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional materials for oncology products. Conduct competitive analysis to support marketing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Sales, and Patient Access to gather insights and align marketing efforts. Support digital marketing activities including social media, email campaigns, and website content updates. Help organize and coordinate internal and external events such as webinars, and conferences. Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing collateral as needed. Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights. Perform administrative tasks to support the marketing team’s daily operations. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. Strong interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and oncology is highly desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
