Work Flexibility: Hybrid Join our Human Resources team and play a key role in delivering efficient HR operations that support employees and business leaders across Brazil and the region. In this position, you will coordinate core HR processes, provide data-driven operational support, lead process improvements, and ensure the successful execution of talent, compensation, payroll, and employee engagement activities in a regional environment. What You Will Do- Coordinate operational activities across talent management, performance, compensation, and employee lifecycle processes to ensure timely and accurate execution. Manage the end-to-end Brazil payroll process, partnering with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure compliance and accuracy. Process and resolve HR service requests while monitoring timely completion and maintaining high service standards. Lead continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing HR systems, tools, and administrative processes to increase operational efficiency. Analyze HR data, identify trends, prepare reports, and develop communications that support HR leaders' decision-making. Coordinate organizational change, talent review, employee engagement, and benefits administration activities in partnership with Human Resources teams. Deliver HR communications and train HR team members, including HR representatives and interns, on processes, systems, and operational best practices. Support annual compensation review activities by maintaining accurate data and coordinating required administrative processes. What You Will Need- Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Previous Human Resources experience following completion of internships. Previous experience managing end-to-end payroll processes in Brazil. Experience supporting talent management, performance management, and organizational change initiatives. Professional proficiency in Portuguese and advanced English. Experience working in a regional or multinational organization. Preferred Qualifications Professional proficiency in Spanish. Experience in Human Resources Operations, Human Resources Business Partner, or Human Resources Center of Excellence environments. Experience using Human Resources Information Systems and reporting tools to analyze workforce data. Travel Percentage: None
