The knee implant market is highly competitive and clinically nuanced. This role offers an early-career marketing professional the opportunity to develop deep expertise in implant biomechanics, surgical technique, and evidence-based marketing while working alongside experienced marketers, surgeon consultants, and cross-functional commercial partners. The position provides a strong foundation for long-term career growth within J&J MedTech. Assist in creating surgeon-facing marketing materials including product brochures, technique summaries, case study highlights, clinical evidence compendiums, and competitive comparison tools. Help translate clinical data, biomechanical concepts, and surgical technique differentiators into clear, compelling content for sales teams and surgeon audiences. Coordinate content reviews through regulatory, legal, medical affairs, and brand compliance workflows. Surgeon Education & Engagement Support Support the planning and execution of surgeon education programs, including cadaver labs, product demonstrations, peer-to-peer learning events, and fellowship outreach initiatives. Assist in developing training materials and educational content that articulate the clinical rationale behind Kinematic Restoration and the biomechanical advantages of the ATTUNE platform. Help coordinate surgeon advisory boards and key opinion leader (KOL) engagements, including agenda preparation, logistics, and follow-up documentation. Support society meeting preparation, including booth content, podium presentations, and satellite symposia materials. Competitive Intelligence & Market Analytics Monitor the competitive landscape for primary knee implants, tracking new product launches, clinical publications, messaging shifts, and market share trends. Compile and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as implant volume, market share, competitive conversion rates, and surgeon adoption metrics. Conduct market research and voice-of-customer analysis to identify unmet needs, adoption barriers, and positioning opportunities. Summarize findings with actionable recommendations to inform senior leadership strategy decisions. Campaign Execution & Field Enablement Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, trial, and adoption of the ATTUNE Knee System across target surgeon segments. Help build field enablement tools including selling guides, objection handlers, competitive battle cards, and account targeting resources. Assist in developing customer segmentation models and tailored engagement plans that align messaging to surgeon philosophy, practice profile, and procedural volume. Track campaign performance and field feedback to continuously refine tactics and improve commercial impact. Cross-Functional Coordination & Operations Serve as a day-to-day coordination point between Knee Marketing and internal partners including Sales, Upstream Marketing, Global Education, Medical Affairs, R&D, and Supply Chain.
