Contract Manager - CPO & Supported Studies Contract Management Team This role provides end-to-end contracting support for Investigator Initiated Studies (IIS), Supported Collaborative Studies (SCS) and other clinical agreements with academic institutions, networks, consortia and research organisations . In this role you will Demonstrate understanding of IIS, SCS and other supported studies agreement types and their application. Draft, negotiate and finalize low to medium complexity IIS, SCS, CDAs, amendments, appendicies and related documents Lead contract development activities and determine scope of contract requests and agreements. Identify , facilitate and resolve business, legal, financial and risk-related contracting issues. Perform fair market value assessments and support milestone payment development. Track contract negotiations, approvals and documentation within centralized systems. Partner with study delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure contracts are executed on time. Promote GSK values and contribute to a collaborative, patient-focused culture. Other duties as assigned Why you? Basic Qualifications & Skills: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Strong contract negotiation experience with academic institutions. Knowledge of academic and clinical research contracting. Experience drafting and negotiating IIS, SCS, CDA, CSA and amendment agreements. Understanding of contract risks, mitigations and fair market value principles. Experience supporting global clinical development activities. Strong communication , prioritisation and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Global clinical research contracting experience.
