Accounting Assistant, Intercompany

Work Flexibility: Hybrid As Intercompany Accounting Assistant, you will support general accounting activities including recharges, settlement of open items, journal entry posting, accounts reconciliations. You will ensure the integrity of accounting records by maintaining completeness, accuracy, and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles. What you will do: Support with overseeing Intercompany activities for the entities in your scope Support month-end close activities Resolve month-end differences and liaise with counterparts to maintain clean balances Preparing basic balance sheet reconciliations in compliance with corporate policies Prepare AR and AP Intercompany invoices Maintain and perform an effective system of Internal Controls (SOX) What you need: Required: Minimum after second year of accounting related studies Strong Excel skills and experience in ERP systems Fluency in English Preferred: Preferably familiar with US GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) Accustomed to working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment: experience in a multinational firm or shared service center is a plus Able to effectively communicate across different levels within the company Poland Pay Ranges: Poland : zł91.900 - zł153.300 PLN Annual At Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step.
