Work Flexibility: Hybrid Job Description Summary This management role oversees an assigned portfolio of EDT suppliers, with accountability for governance execution, performance visibility, risk monitoring, issue resolution, stakeholder coordination, and consistent use of supplier governance standards. The role requires strong supplier governance experience, sound judgment, and the ability to drive supplier performance outcomes through disciplined operating routines, clear accountability, and measurable follow-through. This job typically requires a degree or equivalent and a minimum of 10 or more years of relevant experience. What will you do: Manage an assigned supplier portfolio, including governance meetings, scorecards, issue logs, action follow-up, stakeholder communications, and escalation tracking. Execute supplier governance routines across performance reviews, scorecards, service-level monitoring, issue tracking, risk reviews, renewal readiness, and transition support. Partner with IT contract owners, delivery teams, Procurement, Legal, Finance, Security, and other stakeholders to clarify accountabilities and resolve supplier issues. Use supplier data, dashboards, service levels, spend, risk information, and stakeholder feedback to identify trends, gaps, and corrective actions. Support adoption of governance standards, operating routines, playbooks, templates, communications, training materials, and consistent ways of working. Coach team members or matrixed contributors, establish priorities, and ensure consistent execution of supplier governance responsibilities. Review contracts as applicable to ensure obligations are understood and met. Supplier Governance, Performance and Risk Management Maintain supplier governance models with clear cadence, participants, decision rights, escalation paths, and action tracking. Monitor assigned suppliers against service levels, milestones, contract obligations, risk indicators, and stakeholder expectations. Translate supplier insights into practical recommendations for issue resolution, renewal readiness, demand routing, consolidation opportunities, and governance improvements. What you need: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field required; advanced degree or certification preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT supplier management, vendor management, procurement, contract management, technology operations, governance, risk, or related roles. Demonstrated experience managing assigned suppliers, governance routines, performance reviews, escalations, issue resolution, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination. Strong understanding of supplier governance, performance management, service levels, contracts, statements of work, renewals, third-party risk, and compliance expectations. Ability to analyze supplier performance, financial, operational, and risk data and convert insights into clear actions and recommendations. Excellent facilitation, communication, negotiation support, and influencing skills in a matrixed global organization. Travel Percentage: 10%
