We are seeking a Senior Patient Recruitment Lead to join our growing global Patient Recruitment team. As a Senior Patient Recruitment Lead, you will join a dynamic, collaborative environment that helps patients access clinical trial opportunities through innovative recruitment, engagement, and retention strategies. Through partnership with global teams, sponsors, sites, and patient-focused vendors, you will increase your exposure to all aspects of patient recruitment while building a rewarding career in clinical research. Who We Are Looking For • Passionate about improving the patient and caregiver experience in clinical trials • Excellent communicator and relationship builder • Confident and comfortable in a client-facing role, including complex discussions and presentations • Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Adaptable and collaborative • Comfortable working with metrics, KPIs and project tracking What You Will Do • Support patient recruitment, engagement and retention initiatives • Lead patient recruitment projects and support delivery across complex cases • Coordinate patient-facing materials, websites and campaigns • Work with vendors and study teams • Monitor KPIs, metrics and recruitment performance • Support budgets, purchase orders and project documentation • Contribute to innovative recruitment strategies • Lead client-facing communications, presentations and stakeholder management What You Will Bring • Degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business or related field, or equivalent experience • 3-5+ years of experience in a patient recruitment environment • Demonstrated client-facing experience, including managing complex cases and presenting or communicating directly with clients • Direct patient-facing experience is required • Strong Microsoft Office skills • Excellent English communication skills • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Additional Details • Home-based opportunity in Argentina, Brazil or Mexico • Flexible working arrangements • Continued career growth within Patient Recruitment Why Join Us Be part of innovative projects that improve patient access to clinical trials.
