What You Will Do Lead complex sales analytics projects that support business planning, pricing, territory management, and commercial decision-making. Develop dashboards, reports, and automated reporting solutions that provide actionable insights for sales and business leaders. Analyze customer, market, and sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization. Translate business requests into analytical approaches, recommendations, and measurable action plans. Support pricing and quoting activities by leveraging market analysis and customer data to inform recommendations. Maintain and enhance customer relationship management (CRM) data, account assignments, and sales tracking processes to ensure data accuracy. Create executive-ready analyses and presentations that communicate business impact, performance trends, and strategic opportunities. Train and support team members on reporting tools, analytics processes, and best practices to improve organizational capability. What You Will Need Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sales operations, business analytics, data analytics, commercial operations, finance, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis techniques. Experience working with customer, sales, market, or operational data to support business decision-making. Experience with Data cleansing and automation Preferred Qualifications Experience with Power Query, Power Automate, DAX, and data modeling. Experience developing dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
