About This Role In this role you will support the Global Intercompany Accounting Team in the execution of critical monthly close activities, including intercompany recharges, account reconciliations, intercompany paydowns, COGS invoicing, and various cross-functional projects. This role requires close collaboration with the Global Intercompany Team, International Controllers, Corporate Tax, and Record-to-Report (R2R) teams in Poland and China. You will play an important role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of global intercompany accounting processes. What You'll Do In this role, you will: Support the preparation and execution of transfer pricing calculations for intercompany finished goods sales and cost of goods sold (COGS) invoices. Prepare monthly intercompany account reconciliations in BlackLine. Calculate monthly intercompany recharges using the Tax Cube International Template. Assist with various ad hoc assignments and special projects, including collaborating with Logistics, Trade Compliance, VAT, and Corporate Tax teams on initiatives requiring intercompany transfer pricing support. Support the quarterly analysis and resolution of significant taxable income variances and true-up processes. Assist with running Oracle jobs throughout the monthly close cycle to support global intercompany accounting requirements. Help ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance requirements. Partner with stakeholders across multiple regions to resolve intercompany accounting issues and drive process improvements. Who You Are You have experience working with intercompany accounting processes and understand the demands of a fast-paced monthly close environment. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and resolving issues. You communicate effectively across teams and functions and are comfortable escalating risks when necessary to prevent closing delays or control deficiencies. You thrive in a collaborative, international environment and take ownership of your work while continuously looking for ways to improve processes. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent accounting training. 3 to 5 years of experience in an accounting or finance function. Experience with intercompany accounting processes, including transactions between multiple affiliates. Understanding of monthly close and reconciliation processes. Experience working in an international business environment is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative. Experience with Oracle ERP systems is preferred. Experience with BlackLine or similar reconciliation tools is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools. Strong commitment to accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience supporting transfer pricing processes and intercompany recharges. Experience collaborating with tax, controllership, and shared service teams. Exposure to global accounting operations within a multinational organization. Knowledge of intercompany COGS invoicing and taxable income true-up processes. Additional Employment Conditions We offer employment till end of June 2027. This role is in hybrid model of work.
