Job Description As a Benefits Specialist (m/f/d) , you will support the administration and delivery of employee benefits, wellbeing programs, and onboarding activities. You will ensure smooth operational execution, serve as a key point of contact for employees and external providers, and contribute to a positive employee experience through reliable and service-oriented support. Your Key Responsibilities: Vendor & Program Coordination Act as the day-to-day point of contact for external benefit providers (excluding programs which are led by EHS) across Germany, support vendor communication and follow up on operational topics Coordinating with global C&B and HROPs to coordinate implementation of the global programs locally Assist in the preparation and coordination of vendor reviews (e.g., annual Company Bike review) Operational Administration & Procurement Create and manage purchase orders for benefit programs Support procurement activities, including preparation of required documentation Ensure timely registration of new employees in benefit systems Employee Support Act as the point of contact for employee questions related to benefits Provide accurate information and resolve standard issues independently Escalate complex cases to relevant stakeholders where needed Onboarding & Welcome Experience Organize, coordinate, and facilitate Welcome Days in HH Review Welcome Day content and suggest updates where needed Review and update onboarding materials to ensure accuracy and relevance Health & Wellbeing Activities Support coordination of wellbeing initiatives in collaboration with EHS (e.g., Health Days, campaigns) Assist in organizing logistics and communication for events such as screenings or vaccination campaigns Continuous Improvement & Projects Support implementation of benefit harmonization initiatives Identify opportunities to improve processes and employee experience Maintain accurate documentation of processes and program information What you will bring: Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) First relevant experience in HR operations, administration, or employee services Experience working with external vendors/providers Good understanding of HR processes, particularly benefits Familiarity with procurement or purchase order processes is advantageous Awareness of employee experience and service-oriented HR support Skills Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail Service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Problem-solving skills with ability to handle standard employee inquiries independently Good collaboration skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders People with severe disabilities and their equivalents will be given preference if they are equally qualified.
