Talent Acquisition Analyst - Contract Recruiting data tells a story — you’re the one who makes leadership actually see it. You’ll move fluidly between building dashboards, crafting the decks that shape hiring strategy, and jumping in on scheduling when the team needs an extra hand, with a front-row seat to how a growing biotech scales its talent function. Position Description This role sits at the intersection of recruiting operations, analytics, and executive reporting — turning recruiting data into clear insights for leadership and building the tools that inform hiring strategy. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable moving between data analysis, presentation-building, and hands-on coordination. The Opportunity Analytics & Reporting Build, maintain, and distribute recruiting dashboards and reports, including pipeline metrics, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates Monitor and audit data integrity across the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and related recruiting platforms, flagging discrepancies and recommending corrections Analyze recruiting funnel data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement Partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition to prepare ad hoc analyses and data visualizations for leadership and Board-level reporting Presentations & Executive Support Create polished PowerPoint decks and other materials to communicate hiring progress, headcount trends, and talent acquisition strategy to senior leadership Translate complex recruiting data into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical and executive audiences Support special projects and initiatives led by the Head of Talent Acquisition, including workforce planning and org design analyses Recruiting Operations & Process Maintain and improve Talent Acquisition process documentation, SOPs, and quick-reference guides Support system enhancements and evaluate new tools to improve efficiency and data quality across the recruiting lifecycle Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI tools to streamline recruiting workflows Interview Scheduling Backup Provide backup support for phone, Zoom, and onsite interview scheduling during peak volume or Recruiting Coordinator absences Partner closely with the Recruiting Coordinator to ensure a seamless, consistent candidate experience across all scheduling touchpoints What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent expereince 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, HR analytics, or a related function; biotech/pharma or life sciences experience preferred Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience building polished PowerPoint presentations for leadership audiences Hands-on experience with an ATS (Greenhouse strongly preferred) and comfort pulling, cleaning, and interpreting recruiting data Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy, with the ability to spot and resolve inconsistencies Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple concurrent priorities Clear, confident communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical audiences A flexible, team-oriented mindset and willingness to step into scheduling/coordination work as needed Location: Onsite – Brisbane, CA Fit with Nurix Culture and Values Strong team orientation; highly collaborative Solutions and results-oriented focus Hands-on approach; resourceful and open to diverse points of view
