Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Marketing Manager for Shoulder Reconstruction to be located in either Warsaw, IN, Raynham, MA, West Chester, PA or Palm Beach Gardens, FL. We are passionate about the opportunity to help our customers in one of the fastest growing and exciting segments of Orthopaedics. We are looking for someone who is curious, collaborative, and strategic. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for crafting strategic world-wide marketing plans, delivering customer-facing marketing programs, defining future market conditions, and engaging with customers to improve sales and profitability globally. Responsibilities: Achieve business plan objectives of sales, net income, gross profit, inventory, price, and market share on an annual basis Develop and deploy strategies, services, programs, marketing collateral, and other key initiatives including establishment of value proposition, targeting and segmentation, positioning, and lifecycle management for new product launches Actualize and shape the Shoulder Reconstruction new product introduction roadmap Collaborate with upstream and downstream counter-parts to build and implement marketing plans to better serve the future needs of patients and surgeons Ensure the organization possesses a proven understanding of our products, competitors, procedures, surgical techniques, and the diverse needs of our customers Conduct market research, Key Opinion Leader and customer engagement activities to capture Voice of Customer sentiment to drive strategic and tactical decisions Work closely with business partners (R&D, Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, HEMA, and Supply Chain) to ensure on time and successful product launches globally while leading commercial results Deliver world-class product strategy including product, price, promotion, training, forecasting, and more to meet business commitments Build launch-ready marketing collateral for world-wide marketing and sales teams, patients, and surgeons Attend and support HCP customer engagements, industry meeting event, advisory boards, product development meeting, and field sales training events Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in any field is required, an advanced degree is preferred Experience and Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills are vital Experience with successful team collaboration, influencing without authority, and working optimally on multi-disciplinary teams Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and make decisions with incomplete information Strong financial competence and ability to transform data into meaningful insights to drive decision-making A minimum of 5 years, or 3 years with an advanced degree, total dynamic business experience in any of the following areas: Marketing, MedTech Sales, MedTech Product Development R&D, or a combination thereof Position requires approximately 30% domestic and some international travel including weekends On October 14, 2025, Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. It is anticipated following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes, and your employment would be governed by Orthopaedics employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans.
