Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine Purpose: The Line Manager, Specialty Care is responsible for the execution of a designated therapeutic brand or franchise within Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine. This role leads both Marketing and Sales functions, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities, field execution, customer engagement, and business objectives. The position plays a critical role in launch excellence, driving market development, organizational readiness, customer adoption, and sustainable growth throughout the product lifecycle. The role develops high-performing teams, fosters an environment of accountability and innovation, and ensures execution consistent with Johnson & Johnson's Credo and leadership expectations. Main Responsibilities: Drive the commercial success of the assigned Specialty Care brand/franchise by executing business strategies that deliver growth, customer engagement, and patient impact. Translate market, customer, scientific, and clinical insights into actionable marketing and sales strategies that maximize brand performance and product adoption. Lead the development and execution of integrated brand plans, promotional campaigns, omnichannel initiatives, and launch readiness activities. Direct and develop the sales organization, ensuring field force effectiveness, execution excellence, customer-focused engagement, and achievement of business objectives. Optimize commercial performance through effective territory management, customer targeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring. Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and other key stakeholders to align scientific, access, and commercial strategies. Build, coach, and inspire high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, inclusion, and continuous development. Monitor market dynamics, competitive activities, healthcare trends, and customer needs to identify opportunities and adapt commercial plans accordingly. Ensure all business activities are conducted in compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, ethical standards, and Johnson & Johnson Credo values. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required. Advanced degree (MBA, Master's Degree, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or equivalent) preferred. Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and developing talent. Strong business acumen with experience leading strategic initiatives and delivering business results. Experience in commercial strategy, business planning, customer engagement, or related leadership roles. Experience leading organizational change, transformation, or business-critical initiatives. Advanced English level Availabilty to travel Drivers License Preferred Experience in specialty care, innovative medicines, rare diseases, immunology, oncology, neuroscience, infectious diseases, or other specialized therapeutic areas. Significant experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, healthcare, or related industries Experience supporting or leading product launches and launch readiness initiatives. Experience leading commercial teams including marketing, sales, or field-based organizations. Experience working within highly regulated healthcare environments. Experience managing multi-level commercial organizations, including field-based teams.
