Most importantly, you're driven by making an impact and ensuring customers receive what they need, when they need it. Key Responsibilities Coordinate domestic distribution and export activities across the ANZ network to support customer demand and inventory availability. Manage inventory replenishment, stock transfers, warehouse movements, and freight requirements. Coordinate domestic and international transport bookings, shipment tracking, and logistics execution. Proactively resolve transport disruptions, supply issues, and freight exceptions. Monitor and report transportation, distribution, and replenishment costs while identifying opportunities for optimisation. Maximise transport utilisation through effective load planning and freight management. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth operational execution. Support export shipments from ANZ facilities to regional and international destinations. Analyse logistics and supply chain performance to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities. Investigate and resolve operational issues through structured problem-solving and root cause analysis. Support supply chain and transportation projects across the ANZ business. Maintain accurate master data, reporting, process documentation, and governance requirements. Key Requirements Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience. 3-5 years' experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Distribution, Planning, Inventory Management, or a similar operational environment. Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and supply chain operations. Knowledge of domestic freight and international export processes. Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) or regulated healthcare supply chains is highly regarded. Experience coordinating replenishment, inventory, logistics, or transportation activities. Proven ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups and external service providers. Experience managing operational issues, supply risks, and service disruptions in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify process improvement opportunities. Experience monitoring and reporting logistics or transportation costs. Experience managing export shipments and international freight movements. Experience working with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and freight forwarders.
