The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the overall management of Allergan Aesthetics Ukraine's licensed pharmaceutical warehouse, ensuring full compliance with Ukrainian pharmaceutical legislation, Good Distribution Practice (GDP), Good Storage Practice (GSP), the Allergan Aesthetics Quality Management System , and internal company policies. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity, quality, traceability, and availability of medicinal products and medical devices throughout the warehousing and distribution process. The Warehouse Manager leads warehouse operations, manages warehouse personnel, oversees quality-related warehouse processes, and ensures continuous inspection readiness. Subject to formal appointment by the Company's Director, the position may also perform the responsibilities of the Responsible Person (Authorized Person) for the pharmaceutical warehouse in accordance with Ukrainian licensing requirements. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations Lead the day-to-day operation of the licensed pharmaceutical warehouse. Ensure compliant receipt, storage, inventory management, picking, dispatch, returns, and transportation of medicinal products and medical devices. Maintain product integrity throughout the storage and distribution process. Ensure appropriate segregation of quarantined, released, rejected, returned, recalled, and expired products. Monitor inventory accuracy, product traceability, batch control, and expiry management. Support business continuity through efficient warehouse planning and resource management. Quality & Compliance Ensure warehouse operations comply with: Ukrainian pharmaceutical legislation; Licensing requirements for wholesale distribution and import of medicinal products; Good Distribution Practice (GDP); Good Storage Practice (GSP); Allergan Aesthetics Quality Management System requirements. Maintain warehouse documentation, records, SOPs and controlled documents. Participate in quality investigations, deviations, CAPA implementation and change management activities. Support product recalls, complaints and quality events within the warehouse scope. Ensure permanent inspection readiness for inspections by the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control, internal audits and external quality audits. Warehouse Infrastructure Ensure warehouse facilities, storage areas, equipment and monitoring systems remain qualified and fit for purpose. Monitor environmental conditions including temperature and other storage requirements. Ensure preventive maintenance and calibration activities are completed as required. Maintain safe and compliant warehouse infrastructure. Leadership Lead, coach and develop warehouse personnel. Organize onboarding, training and continuous development of warehouse employees. Allocate responsibilities and monitor performance. Promote a strong culture of quality, compliance, safety and continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain teams. Coordinate warehouse activities with third-party logistics providers and other external partners. Support implementation of process improvements and operational excellence initiatives. Health, Safety & Risk Management Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements, fire safety regulations and environmental standards. Identify operational risks and implement mitigation measures. Завідувач аптечного складу організовує роботу складу, керує командою, контролює виконання вимог системи якості та забезпечує постійну готовність до державних інспекцій і внутрішніх та зовнішніх аудитів. За окремим наказом директора компанії на працівника можуть бути покладені функції Уповноваженої (Відповідальної) особи аптечного складу відповідно до вимог законодавства України. Основні обов'язки Управління складською діяльністю Організація та керівництво щоденною діяльністю аптечного складу. Забезпечення належного приймання, зберігання, обліку, комплектації, відвантаження, повернення та транспортування лікарських засобів і медичних виробів. Забезпечення збереження якості та цілісності продукції протягом усього періоду її зберігання та дистрибуції. Контроль управління запасами, простежуваності серій, термінів придатності та статусу продукції. Організація безперервної та ефективної роботи аптечного складу. Якість та регуляторна відповідність Забезпечення відповідності діяльності складу: законодавству України у сфері обігу лікарських засобів; Ліцензійним умовам провадження діяльності з імпорту та оптової торгівлі лікарськими засобами; вимогам GDP та GSP; вимогам системи управління якістю Allergan Aesthetics . Забезпечення належного ведення документації, стандартних операційних процедур (СОП) та записів. Участь у розслідуванні відхилень, реалізації коригувальних і запобіжних заходів (CAPA), управлінні змінами та ризиками. Координація процесів, пов'язаних із рекламаціями, поверненнями та відкликанням продукції в межах компетенції.
