Our Commercial Project Manager acts as the end-to-end project and commercial owner of designated client accounts within the Commercial Services team. Accountable for delivering against agreed milestones and revenue targets while maintaining excellent client relationships. Manages scope changes within existing signed projects via change orders and additional service requests. Operates as a cross-functional lead, aligning internal teams to deliver on time and on budget. Main responsibilities: Deliver against agreed commercial targets including revenue, On Time Delivery and schedule adherence. Maintain accurate and reliable order book forecasts, driving predictability in revenue and operational planning. Manage short-term and long-term client forecasts, understand variance and communicate updates to internal stakeholders in a commercially meaningful way. Ensure all commercial agreements are fully understood, applied and optimised for assigned accounts. Own financial accuracy across accounts, including order book integrity, pricing and volume tracking. Process order receipts and resolve invoice queries accurately and promptly. Act as primary commercial and operational point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted and high-value relationships. Lead client interactions with a focus on value, delivery performance and commercial sustainability. Confidently manage client expectations, challenge requests where necessary to protect business interests and maintain commercial integrity. Lead well-structured client meetings, business reviews and on-site visits, developing agendas, coordinating preparation and ensuring timely follow-up on all open items. Influence internal stakeholders at all levels to deliver aligned outcomes on assigned accounts. Lead cross-functional collaboration across operations, supply chain, finance and quality to deliver account objectives. Align internal teams around clear commercial priorities and outcomes for assigned accounts. Escalate and resolve issues with pace and authority where delivery performance or commercial outcomes are at risk. Hold internal stakeholders accountable for performance that directly impacts commercial results on assigned accounts. Effectively manage implementation of client change requests, maintaining commercial integrity throughout. Work Experience & Skills Required Essential Minimum three years experience in a pharmaceutical, life science or regulated manufacturing environment. Proven experience in project coordination and delivery of client requirements in a complex, regulated setting. Demonstrated commercial awareness, with an understanding of revenue, margin and account performance drivers. Proven ability to manage client relationships and influence at all levels internally and externally. Understanding of revenue forecasting, order book management and change order processes. Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts at different stages simultaneously. Ability to present confidently and lead meetings with both internal and external stakeholders. Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, Project and Outlook. Understanding of GMP and relevant regulatory requirements. Experience with accountability for revenue targets or commercial performance metrics. Project Management qualification or equivalent. Good negotiation skills and experience managing commercial discussions with clients. Proven people management or team leadership experience.
