2027 Future Talent Program - Finance MBA - Intern (Hybrid)

Job Description The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Global Support Function Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals. Our Company's Finance department is committed to developing future Finance leaders through its Finance MBA internship experience, which is a 10-week program that provides experience through project assignments, exposure to senior leaders, and networking opportunities. Program Overview & Responsibilities Our Company's Finance department plays an integral role in supporting those who develop, produce and commercialize our products every day. As part of our global team, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with talented and dedicated colleagues while developing and expanding your career. Finance MBA Interns will participate in a 10-week program focused on practical, hands-on experience in a Finance role, which may include, but are not limited to, forecasting, reporting, and analyzing operating results; operational risk management and process improvement consulting; managing capital structure, currency and other financial risks; analyzing business strategies and capital investments; or other roles across the company's finance and global support functions. In addition to practical experience, the intern program includes developmental opportunities and exposure to Senior Finance leadership. At the end of the internship, interns are given the opportunity to present their summer experience to a panel of Finance professionals including but not limited to our Finance Senior Leaders. Salary range: The salary range for this role is $39,908 - $111,111 USD.
