Role Overview As Pfizer scales from pilot to enterprise adoption, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing AI Product Manager to support the evolution, adoption, and continuous improvement of AI-powered marketing capabilities. This role will sit within a CoCo Product Pod and serve as the bridge between marketing users, business stakeholders, product teams, data scientists, and technology partners. The individual will help shape product development priorities, support feature delivery, and drive successful adoption of AI-enabled workflows across commercial teams. The ideal candidate combines strong marketing, digital, or omnichannel experience with a passion for AI and product innovation. They are comfortable understanding business challenges and partnering cross-functionally to deliver capabilities that improve marketer productivity and business outcomes. Drivers of the Role Support AI Product Development: Partner with Pod Lead to refine user stories, support product strategy, and help deliver AI-powered marketing capabilities that address business needs. Champion the Voice of the User: Collect, synthesize, and prioritize stakeholder feedback to inform product enhancements, improve user experience, and influence roadmap decisions. Drive Capability, Features Strategy, & AI-Native Ways of Working: Support launches, training, and enablement efforts that help commercial teams integrate CoCo capabilities into their day-to-day marketing workflows. Enable Continuous Improvement: Leverage user feedback, adoption metrics, and business insights to identify opportunities for optimization and ensure CoCo continues to evolve and deliver value at scale. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy Partner with Pod Leads to support capability roadmaps, enhancement planning, and feature prioritization. Gather, and clarify feature-level outcome needs, use cases, and user stories for CoCo capabilities within PI planning Understand marketing and business for actionable product requirements for technical teams. Assist in defining success metrics, business value hypotheses, and adoption goals for new capabilities. Identify recurring pain points and opportunities to simplify workflows or improve user experience. Support UAT testing and own pod sprint goals and risk register Maintain a strong understanding of marketer needs, workflows, and evolving business priorities, with understanding of trade-offs and backlog decisioning Translate usage findings into recommendations that shape upstream product roadmaps, rather than just delivering downstream tweaks Support the development of a product optimization strategy: executing a comprehensive strategy centered on clinician engagement, user task completion, and overall web performance. Product Support Sets the standard for success within Business Acceptance Testing (BAT/UAT) activities with business stakeholders Develop testing scenarios and validate capabilities against intended business requirements. Solutions on testing results and product decisions to partner with pod teams to resolve issues. Support feature release backlog planning and readiness activities. Track user-reported issues and enhancement requests through resolution. Product Success Monitor adoption metrics and identify opportunities to increase engagement and value realization. Promote AI-native ways of working and help users integrate new capabilities into daily workflows. Serve as a trusted advisor for questions related to CoCo functionality and best practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration Stakeholder management with product users, partnering closely with Pod Leads, Business Translators, Data Science, Engineering, UX, Change Management, and Business stakeholders. Contribute to agile ceremonies, planning sessions, and product reviews. Support governance activities and product documentation efforts. Ensure stakeholder perspectives are represented throughout the development of lifecycle. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 6+ years of experience in marketing, omnichannel, analytics, digital, commercial operations, product management, or related functions. Experience supporting digital products, marketing technologies, analytics platforms, or commercial systems. Experience working cross-functionally with business and technical teams. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
