POSITION SUMMARY / MISSION The Digital Workplace Products Manager is responsible for developing and managing digital workplace technologies that enhance employee productivity and collaboration. This role ensures alignment with Almirall’s IT strategy and oversees the implementation of secure, scalable, and user-friendly digital solutions. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Define and implement digital workplace strategy Manage product lifecycle and roadmap Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements Ensure integration with IT systems and platforms Monitor performance and user satisfaction Drive adoption and change management REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field Experience in digital workplace technologies PREFERRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and collaboration tools Strong project management and communication skills Fluent in EnglishDIGITAL WORKPLACE PRODUCTS MANAGER FOR USER ADOPTION
